The rich flavour of pumpkin combined with the spicy mustard makes this a surprising and delicious soup. Lovely served with toasted bread and tapenade. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we make soup and broth with great pleasure. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
The artisanal production creates adventurous flavour nuances.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: optionally add a beaten egg, mature cheese and bread. Can also be eaten as a vegetable stew with rice or pasta.
Storage:
After opening, keep refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and consume within a limited time.
