Organic chicken broth

Some preparations take time. Our broth does too. To extract all the flavours from the ingredients we need 96 hours. Four. Whole. Days. That's when our broth tastes best. You can drink it as it is or turn it into something else delicious. Enjoy your meal! In our factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we make soup and broth with great pleasure. About this chicken broth

400 ml organic chicken broth.

Simmered for 4 days and four nights.

Concentrated broth: enough for 3 x 200 ml of broth.

Preparation advice:

Use: dilute this broth with half a jar of water and heat it up. Optionally add soup vegetables and/or vermicelli.

Serving tip: the perfect base for a homemade soup. Also delicious in a risotto or with sereh (lemongrass) for a Soto Ajam (Indonesian chicken soup).

Storage:

After opening, store refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.

Water, chicken* (simmered from 25% chicken), 2.5% chicken meat*, carrot*, chicken stock*, salt, CELERY*, onion*, parsley*, yeast extract, mace*, pepper*, bay leaf*, clove*.

*= organic.
