This chickpea soup with tomato and potato is based on a recipe from Palestine. The recipe for this soup has been passed down from mother to daughter. The soup is a good source of protein and has the ideal balance of sweet and sour. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we make soup and broth with great pleasure. In the old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
Thanks to the artisanal production, natural flavour nuances arise.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Storage:
After opening, keep refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.
