Our onions are slow-fried for eight hours at a low temperature, creating a full, hearty and sweet flavour. This French onion soup is a wonderfully warming and invigorating soup that was once eaten by Parisian market traders at five in the morning. Now we make it for you. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we love making soup and stock. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes the very best.
The artisanal production creates natural flavour nuances.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with a dash of white wine or cognac, croutons and with cheese on the soup briefly under the grill.
Storage:
Store refrigerated after opening (max 7 ºC) and consume within a limited time.
