Our vegan pea soup (snert) is delicious during the cold winter months; a truly authentic Dutch meal soup. This soup is cooked with a mix of different peas, making it a good source of protein. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we enjoy making soup and broth. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
Thanks to the artisanal production, natural flavour nuances arise.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with fried smoked tofu and rye bread with butter and/or syrup.
Storage:
After opening, keep refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.
