Our pea soup (snert) is a delicious soup during the cold winter months; a real authentic Dutch meal soup! This soup is cooked with a mix of different peas and is therefore a good source of protein. Also try our vegan variant! In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we make soup and broth with great pleasure. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
The artisanal production creates natural flavour nuances.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with smoked sausage and rye bread with butter and katenspek (smoked bacon).
Storage:
After opening, store refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.
