In Tuscany, shepherds used to gather all the edible vegetables and herbs they could find while tending their animals. They sautéed these in good olive oil, only then adding water to create a rich, hearty soup. Our minestrone soup is inspired by this ancient recipe. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we happily make soup and broth. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with whisked egg, aged cheese and bread.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated after opening (max 7 ºC) and consume within a limited time.
