This lentil soup with potato, cumin and olive oil is the ultimate meal soup. A crowd favourite that warms you up. The recipe for this soup has been passed down from mother to daughter and has the ideal balance of sweet, sour and cumin. In our little factory, we make soup and broth with great pleasure, together with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup is most delicious.
The artisanal production creates natural flavour nuances.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: delicious with a drizzle of olive oil, fresh coriander and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
Storage:
After opening, store refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.
