This creamy soup is inspired by a French recipe for Cream of Tomato soup. The soup is prepared with field-ripened Italian Roma tomatoes and a hint of basil. In our little factory, with an enthusiastic team and 658 solar panels, we make soup and broth with great pleasure. The old-fashioned way: with time, care and attention. That's when soup tastes best.
Thanks to the artisanal production, natural flavour nuances emerge.
Preparation advice:
Use: dilute this soup with half a jar of water and heat.
Serving tip: optionally add soup vegetables and vermicelli and briefly cook along. Garnish with a dash of cream and crispy fried croutons.
Storage:
After opening, keep refrigerated (max 7 ºC) and limited shelf life.
